Communication & Engagement

To facilitate open communication and collaboration, Vidya Vihar International School provides multiple opportunities for regular interaction between parents and teachers. Frequent parent-teacher meetings and structured feedback mechanisms empower parents to share their thoughts and concerns. Parents can meet class teachers and subject teachers on the Second Saturday of every month, enabling meaningful discussions about each child’s strengths, challenges, learning preferences, developmental milestones, and areas for growth. These interactions ensure that parents remain well-informed and actively involved in their child’s educational progress.

Regular Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs), led by the Principal for each grade, further strengthen this partnership by addressing academic goals, co-curricular activities, innovative programs, and the importance of parental involvement. To enhance communication and engagement, Vidya Vihar International School has developed a dedicated mobile app that provides access to announcements, notifications, event calendars, academic resources, and extracurricular updates.
